Neil Ciano
I have been a Chef for over 20 years, working in far-flung destinations all over the world, on yachts, private homes for VIP's and Michelin star restaurants, and instructing culinary courses.
I have a passion for good quality seasonal food. As you can imagine, having travelled so much, I have many stories to tell over a glass of wine.
Along with my culinary expertise, I have also worked for many seasons in various ski resorts, in France, Italy and the US, working in hotels, as a ski tech, and ski guiding.
Julie Hildersley
I have worked in the Service Industry for over 16 years, ranging from working as a Flight Attendant on Private Jets, to looking after VIP's and running their private homes. Having spent 14 years travelling all over the world as crew on board aircraft, and staying in a different hotel every night, I have a good idea as to what makes a comfortable stay, and what ‘really' makes the difference when you're away from home.
Kate Winstone
Kate is joining our team this winter.
I am a 25 year old New Zealander (kiwi) who loves meeting people. I can't think of a better holiday combination than great company, beautiful food & wine, blue-sky skiing.....and of course a hot tub at
the end of the day!
Having worked at L'Oreal for 3 years, I have spent the last 8 months travelling through South America, Nepal, and India. I look forward to helping make your stay at Icona spectacular!
