Summer Cookery Course Dates and Availability

At Icona we believe it's a combination of the perfect venue, innovative and exciting food, using locally sourced and traditional alpine produce, thoughtful service and an unwavering attention to detail.

Icona offers the choice of attending a cookery course by staying in our chalet for either a 3 day or 5 day course.  All 3 day courses run from Thursday to Sunday, enabling you to take a long weekend break.  With the 5 day courses running from Tuesday to Sunday.

Prices include the following:

• Welcome drinks and afternoon tea on arrival

• Accommodation at Chalet Anchorage
• Full Breakfast, Lunch, and Evening Meal using locally sourced produce, all your meals during culinary experience trips

Guests who are wishing to join partners & friends for their stay at Chalet Anchorge, and enjoy all the good food & wine, but not participate in the lessons, the following prices apply:
